Make Decisions regarding job responsibilities – admin, tech, marketing

Choose a Contact Management Program

Add your Sphere to Contact Management Program
Don’ts:

Bite off more than you can chew – i.e. don’t be seduced by every new tech gadget and toy – master the tools you have first

Neglect your sphere
-
Stop learning your market, your tools, contracts, offered training
-
Forget to update your contact management program regularly (after conversations/contacts etc)
-
Neglect to prospect for new business – all the tools/gadgets won’t help you become successful if you do not have clients
-
Practice your presentations – know what you’re talking about when you present a listing agreement etc – don’t fake it
