Unless you have a product or service that is brand new or that can’t be replicated – you know that there are many, MANY others offering the same. What makes you DIFFERENT? What sets you APART?
Annie Leibovitz said: “A very subtle difference can make the picture or not”.
The same is true for how we provide services/products to our customers. Are we the same as everyone else? In which case – why would they work with us?
Or – are we just different enough to stand out of from the crowd? To provide that little extra that makes working with us – or that makes our products – extraordinary?
What makes YOU different? Can you put that in words? Can you show it? Does your customer know what it is?
